The World Cafe is an innovative conversation model based on systems thinking that produces extraordinary results in that it fosters group creativity and the emergence of collective intelligence.

The model, delevoped by Juanita Brown and David Isaacs has grown into a global community, www.theworldcafe.com , that has successfully implemented this process world-wide in government, industry, business, social networks, non-profits, and universities.
